OAO «Stroyindustriaproject» (OAO «Sindus») fulfils different types of work for design and is the biggest design organization of the city of Tver. Design Institute was founded in 1960 and has experience in designing with the use of technologies and equipment of the leading foreign companies. A lot of projects, both of residential construction and civil engineering and of industrial directions, were built according to OAO “Sindus” design. Since 1993, over 300 projects have been developed, and many of them are already built.

Pension Fund building in the city of Vishny Volochek of the Tver region. Workshop for production of corrugated cardboard and package at Kamenskaya paperboard factory in the settlement of Kuvshinovo of the Tver region. Asphalt plant in the cities of Klin and Stupino of the Moscow region. Several gasoline service stations and oil stores in the Tver, Moscow and Pskov regions. Hotel-type cottages, garage with workrooms for 50 vehicles, site improvement with modernization of installations, firing ground, consolidation of the bank with mooring for light vessels in camp «Zavidovo» of the Central administration of the diplomatic corps of the Russian Federation.
